W66(W73) Read Tieback Input, READ TIE. This is the actual value read
by the analog-to-digital converter in the module. Data format is 4-digit
BCD or 12-bit binary. Format is selected by W01 B12. Range is 0000 to
4095.
W67(W74) Read Feedforward Value, Read FFV. This is the
feedforward computation as performed by the PID module. Data format
is 4-digit BCD with sign bit B13 in word W61(W68) allowing a range of
+9999.
