Show the Card Unplug/Eject Icon on the Taskbar

If you frequently need to unplug the device, be sure to check the Show Unplug/
Eject icon on the taskbar
box in the Completing the Add/Remove Hardware
wizard page. You can check the box the first time you install the card. The next
time you want to unplug or eject the device, you can use the icon on the taskbar
instead of the Add/Remove Hardware wizard.

If the icon is not on your task bar, you can find the check box in the Add/Remove
Hardware Wizard. You have to finish the process of removing the card from the slot
in order for the check box to take effect. You are not given the opportunity to back
out of the hardware wizard once you get to the location of the checkbox.
