Open the Memory Menu
Select the memory menu

with the rotary wheel and
confirm with enter .
The memory menu opens with “Save Test” pre-selected.
Press enter

to confirm Save Test.
The pop-up window Save Test shows up.
Select File Name
Select the user part of the file name. The maximum length of

the user part is 12 characters. The right part “_SLM_001” is
defined by the XL2 to avoid overwriting of existing measure-
ments, whereby “SLM” is the appendix for the measure-
ment function and “001” is an automatically-incrementing
number.
