6.3.1

Setting the station address

The station addresses must differ from each other if several networked PROFIBUS stations are used.
The station address can be set via the DIP switches 1 ... 64 or via the »Engineer« (code

C13899

/

C14899

).

The housing labelling indicates the valencies of the individual DIP switches for setting the station

address.

• Valid address range: 1 … 126 (max. 126 slave stations)

The front-panel DIP switches can be used to set:

• The station address (switches 1 ... 64)
• Compatibility with the communication module EMF2133IB
