Time synch.
Time synchronization is relevant if the time of the central processing unit is to be synchronized
with the time of a different system or device (for example the multifunction panel).
At the point of the low to high edge of the signal, the time is set to the nearest full minute.
Example: 12:55:30 -> 12:55:00; 12:55:31 -> 12:56:00

Device name The device name (max. 20 characters) is used in the setup program, Web server,
and the PCC and PCA3000 PC programs.
