Printing Reports
MFC Settings and Activity
You can print the following lists and reports:
Choose if you would like a Transmission
Verification Report printed after each fax
you send.
Activity Report lists information about the
last 50 incoming and outgoing faxes. TX
means Transmit; RX means Receive.
Lists names and numbers stored in One
Touch and Speed Dial memory, in
numerical order.
Auto Dial List (above), alphabetically.
Help list for quick reference.
Lists settings for INITIAL SETUP, SETUP
RECEIVE, SETUP SEND and PRINT
REPORTS. The settings for REMOTE
FAX OPT are included.
Lists summary information and amount of
occupied memory.
Prints an Accessories and Supplies Order
Form for ordering directly from Brother.
To Print a Report

Press Function , 1 , 6 . (See Printing Reports , page 9-1.)

Enter the number of the report you want to print. For example, press 4 to print
the Telephone Index List.

Press Start .
4
Press Stop to exit.
Note
For the Activity Report, also press or to select PRINT REPORT?
and press Set .
