Loading Paper in the Multi-Purpose
Paper Cassette
Before you install paper, please read Paper, pages 2-4 to 2-6.
The paper cassette can hold up to 250 sheets of 20 lb. paper.

Remove the paper cassette (lift up
and pull out).

Remove the cassette cover.

Adjust the cassette to the letter (A4/LTR) or legal position for the size of paper
you are using. To adjust the cassette to legal size, press the button on the left and
pull out the front part of the cassette.

Stack up to 250 sheets of
paper
face down in the cassette
and slide the width and length
paper adjusters to fit around
it. Do not place paper above
the maximum paper height
line, or paper may jam.

Replace the cassette cover.
The cassette cover serves as the paper output tray.
