4.3 Bus configuration
4.3.1 Bus configuration with CMD software
This chapter describes, as an example, the main steps
within the CMD software for inserting an SPC200 in
your project. A general and comprehensive description
can be found in the relevant manual for the CMD soft-
ware. It is assumed here that the user is already famil-
iar with the contents of the CMD manual.
PLEASE NOTE
– The software packages are subject to modifications
which are not taken into account in this manual.
– The examples used here for the screen displays
are taken from the CMD software version 4.
Note that the dialogue windows may be slightly
different, depending on your Windows version
(3.1, 95, NT etc.).
– Further and current information can be found in
the manuals for your CMD software and your
control system.
