Creating a custom report
When you send reports to Record format, some data is not exported. To export this data
to Record format, create a new custom report.
Prerequisites
• You must know the name and location of the report template to update.
• You must know the name of the database table the template uses.
• Ensure a folder to store custom reports exists.
Procedure steps
Step Action
@report_datarange The numeric value related to the data range
selected in the Historical Reporting application.
Five possible values exist:
• 0 =Not applicable
• 1 =Interval
• 2 = Daily
• 4 = Weekly
• 8 = Monthly
@report_tablenames The string representing table names used to
generate the report.
If more than one table is used, a comma separates
the tables.
@report_interval_start DateTime object representing the collection period
end date and time for report.
@report_interval_end DateTime object representing the collection period
end date and time for report.
