The web server can run in either secure, none-secure or
both. The default ports of 80 for none –secure and 443 for
secure will be applied if they are available. If not, you will be
prompted for alternative port numbers.
Setting up the SSL port on an existing installation.
The
viewLinc configuration file contains the port numbers. The file
is located in:

https_port=443
Setting port to 0 will disable none-secure access. Setting
https_port to 0 will disable secure access. Set the ports as
desired. The defaults of 80 and 443 are preferred. Restart
the viewLinc service.
Setting up the SSL security keys.
viewLinc is delivered
with some default security keys. The delivered keys are for
testing and initial validation only, they are not to be used on a
live system. The keys must be replaced with either a self-
signed key, or a key signed by a Certificate Authority(CA).
