VC 3.3x features that must be disabled in a VC Domain to be part of a VC Domain
Group with VC firmware 3.15 – 3.18
For a VC Domain to be part of a VC Domain Group with VC firmware 3.15 – 3.18, Hybrid VLAN
Tagging, Network Access Groups, Port Throughput Statistics, Custom Module Host Names, Extended
Mapped VLANs, and iSCSI Boot Assistant are not supported, as follows:
•
Hybrid VLAN Tagging in a VC Domain is not supported.
VLAN tunneling must be uniformly enabled or disabled for all networks in the domain. Older
versions of VC do not support mixed configurations of enabled and disabled VLAN tunneling
within a domain. In addition, profiles cannot contain Ethernet connections configured to use
multiple networks.
Figure 12 and Figure 13 show the VLAN Tunneling setting and the Multiple
networks setting.
