Types of Memory Tests

The HP Server rx4610 platform memory test is separated into the following three individual tests:

• First Row Memory Test
• Base Memory Test
• Extended Memory Test

Each of these tests have different functions and are explained separately.

First Row Memory Test

Description

The First Row Memory Test will test the first 64 MB of the first populated row of memory
configured. The scanning order for the first row of memory is described in Table 11-2.
