3. The OVNM Host Management Client message box is displayed confirming the type of Policy Report to be
created. The Policy Report utility allows you to either create a Brief or a Detailed version of policy report.
Select the type of report to be created and click the OK button.

4. After the connection to the host is established and the generation of policy report at the NonStop host is
completed, the OVNM Host Management Client message box is displayed.

The file generated is in the CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. This file can be opened using Microsoft
Excel. The message box displays the path where the file is saved on the workstation. Click the OK button.
The status that the operation has been completed is displayed in the OVNM Host Response for Generating Policy
Report dialog box after the process is completed.

5. Click the Save button to save the response in the form of a text file. To close the dialog box, click the OK
button.
