The profile uses the CreateReplica method to create a mirror pair. It uses ModifySynchronization to
resume the mirror after a corrected failure (Resync Replica), and remove the mirror pair (Detach).
Asynchronous mirroring is supported using the subset of Copy Services states show in the following
state diagram:

ModifySynchronization to pause the job (Fracture), continue the job (Resync Replica), and delete the
job (Detach).
