As a side effect of modifying this value,

• While the operation is ongoing,
RequestedCopyState shall retain its
modified value, CopyState shall re-
tain the current (volatile) value as
the operation progresses.
• At the point where the operation
has completed and the CopyState
value == RequestedCopyState
value, RequestedCopyState shall be
changed to {15 Not Applicable},
and CopyState shall retain the cur-
rent (potentially volatile) value of
this association.
