GetServiceAccessPoints
Method overview
For a given instance of ComputerSystem representing a non-local SVSP domain this method returns
an instance of ServiceAccessPoint containing the SVSP domain name suitable for supplying to the
ReplicationService methods that takes a TargetAccessPoints parameter.

HPSVSP_ReplicationService instance. There shall be one instance of this class for the single
HPSVSP_ReplicationService in this SVSP domain.
