The profile uses the CreateReplica method to create a single snapshot with associated PiT. It uses
ModifySynchronization to delete the snapshot and PiT (Detach), and to restore the snapshot to the
original virtual disk (Restore).
Synchronous mirroring is supported using the subset of Copy Services states show in the following
state diagram:
