Sensor disable
If a sensor shows significant evidence of being damaged, it may be necessary
to disable it, until it can be replaced.
Use the ValueTable picture (Alt-F3). Make sure the tank for which to disable a
sensor is listed. Select any column, and click on the down arrow in the column
header. Select any of the User1-4 options, and then select Sensor Disable and
the appropriate sensor. Type 0 (zero) or DISABLE in the corresponding cell.
A warning will appear in any columns displaying Status.
To re-enable the sensor type 1 or ENABLE in the cell.
Note: The tank name will appear with a yellow background in ValueTable when any sensor in
the tank is disabled.
Backup – restore
Backup
In order to have a fresh copy of your existing CARGOMASTER® setup and
configuration it is recommended to take periodically backups onto regular
diskettes.
• The Backup option is accessible from the Misc - Backup menu.
• Have a 3½" diskette ready. NB! Previous data on the diskette will be
erased! Insert the diskette into the floppy drive and press the OK button to
start:
• When the backup is done (This will take several minutes) please remove
the diskette and store it in a safe place! Depending on your software
version, you might receive an error message stating “Illegal number of
files”. Ignore this and se below for instructions on how top verify the
contents of the backup floppy.
Verify
In order to verify that the backup is valid please inspect the contents of the
floppy. Users that are familiar with MS Windows Explorer should use that to
browse the contents of the floppy.
