SFP monitoring thresholds

These are the default SFP monitoring thresholds used by the Monitoring and Alerting Policy Suite
(MAPS).

All SFP monitoring thresholds used by MAPS are triggered when the reported value exceeds the
threshold value. For thresholds with both an upper value and a lower value, actions are triggered when
the reported value exceeds the upper threshold value or drops below the lower threshold value.

Monitoring threshold defaults for 10 Gbps and 16 Gbps SFPs

The following table lists the default thresholds for 10 Gbps and 16 Gbps SFPs.
