7.5 Disassembly Procedure (Dot Model)
7. Remove the two screws and M3 hex screw, remove the Plate and Drive Pulley.
(Screw tightening torque: 0.59 to 0.69 N·m, M3 hex screw tightening torque:
0.20 to 0.26 N·m).

1. Remove the internal unit.
2. Remove the cable extruding from the Ribbon Shift Motor from the Dot Driver
PCB (CN4).
3. Remove the three pins and four screws that secure the Plate, then remove the
Plate.

4. Release the two latches securing the Ribbon Shift Assembly, then pull out the
Ribbon Shift Assembly.

5. Release the two latches securing the Ribbon Shift Motor, then turn the Ribbon
Shift Motor counterclockwise and remove it.
