FIELD
DESCRIPTION
Product List
•
Product Code
The
Products Menu
displays and scrolls through the Product List.

The Products Menu displays in
View Only Mode
.

A user can view all the products available in the
LabelBank Program
,
noting all information about each item without being able to change
anything.
−
The Product Code is assigned for inventory and tracking purposes, and
also provides a unique identifier for each item.
•
Manufacturers
Code
The Manufacturers Code identifies the manufacturer of the item.
•
Product (No.)
• Displays a product code which will override the normal
Product Code
.
• If this field is not blank, its value will be used in the EAN-128 barcode.
• It allows a food plant to code a product for a reseller, using the reseller’s
product code, not the actual packager’s product code.
•
Description #1 - 7
DataBank
allows configuring the primary
Desc. Line 1
with up to thirty-two
(32) characters, and the secondary
Desc. Lines 2 thru 7
configuring with
sixty-four (64) characters.

When the ticket space is limited to 3.123”, printing in LabelBank allows
up to twenty-three (23) characters per description field.
•
Tare Wt.
Displays the product’s Tare Weight.
•
Min. / Max Wt.
Displays the product’s minimum and maximum package weights.

If any product is beyond these parameters, the label cannot be
printed.

When the
Auto Print
feature is on, the
Minimum Weight
must be
greater than zero
(
0
).
•
Units
Displays either “
lb
” or “
kg
”.
•
Boxes/Pallet
Details how many boxes are loaded onto each before printing a pallet label.

The
Products List
displays in the
View Only Mode
so important
information cannot be altered or
deleted from this window. Product
edits are made in the
DataBank
Program.
