6. Click "Finish" to complete installation.
The next time you power up the PowerSmart Socket PQM or
connect it to your PC with the USB cable, Windows
automatically launches the driver for your meter.
Creating a New Site for your Meter
Power Software keeps all communication and configuration
data for your meter in a configuration database called a site
database. During configuration store all setup data to the site
database so that Power Software recognizes device properties
regardless of whether your meter is online or offline.
To create a new database for your meter:
1. Select Configuration from the Tools menu.
2. Click the Sites button on the right-hand-side.
