Screw nipple (tapered thread end) into top of filter body. Thread sealer is
recommended to prevent leaking.

Place o-ring onto nipple. Lubricate with red grease
10. Place poly ball on top of nipple. Apply a light film of red grease to poly ball.
11. Screw accumulator body onto nipple.
Caution: Hand tighten only. Grease threads with red grease.
12. Place o-ring on valve body.
13. Screw valve body into top of accumulator body. Grease threads with red grease.
14. Place spring inside valve body.
15. Place stainless steel ball on top of spring.
16. Place o-ring onto small diameter tip of ball check insert.
17. Screw ball check insert with o-ring into valve body until it bottoms out.
Note: Moistening o-ring before installing will aid in accumulator charging.
18. Screw cap with seal on valve body.
