Casting Unit Installation
Unit will be shipped in a refrigerator like carton with upright support column already
attached. Square tube “L” is inserted in support column allowing four (4) height
adjustments. Selected adjustment must be secured with bolt and nut provided.
Square tube with gun mounting bracket is inserted into back side of “L”, adjusted to
desired length and secured with thumbscrew.
If optional timer is ordered, it will be in its own component box and will have the mounting
bracket for the automatic head attached to it. Bracket, with timer, is now attached to gun
support arm. Automatic head, from Component Box 1 is in turn attached to mounting
bracket.
When no timer is involved, the angle gun head mounting bracket will be with other
fabricated parts. Holes on extreme right side will allow attachment to gun support arm.
The automatic gun head is then mounted.
Foot pedal triggering with attachment hoses to gun head will be in Component Box 1 with
hoses and head parts marked with corresponding numbers for attachment.
Balance of system is installed in same basic manner as the portable units.
