ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
With the relief valve body clamped in a vise
Install the correct o-rings and quad ring on the
relief valve body and charging valve body.
Carefully push the glass tube down over the two
quad rings (01010) on the relief valve body. Hold
in place while sliding the accumulator body down
over the glass tube and threading it onto the
relief valve body. Insert Poly Ball (05150) into the
top of the glass tube. Thread the assembled
charging valve body into the accumulator body,
keeping the glass tube centered and using
caution with it, hand tighten only. Any scratches
or chips on I.D. will cause premature failure.
Hand tighten only to avoid metal to glass contact.
Be sure high impact plastic safety cover is in
place before using.
