6 Month Intervals: Replace O-rings, Gaskets, Springs & Balls
Check piston, sleeve and valve spool for wear
Resin Pump Lower Assembly:
Weekly:
Check inside center section for packing leaks and pick-up hose and
wand assembly for leaks.
6 Month Intervals: Replace packings, Piston cups, springs, balls & o-rings
Check piston rod and pump cylinder for wear
Flush Tank:
Weekly:
clean tank
6 Month Intervals: Replace relief valve assembly
Air Lines:
Weekly:
check for leaks and wear, replace as needed.
Gun Head:
Monthly:
Replace Nozzle (unless carbide), Injector & Turbulent Mixer
3 Month Intervals: Replace packings, seats, turbulent mixer, o-rings, springs, needles &
stainless steel ball
Catalyst Pump & Accumulator:
6 Month Intervals: Replace stainless steel balls, o-rings, springs, piston seal & packings
Check all bushings and pump cylinder for wear
Charging Pump:
6 Month Intervals: replace springs, balls, seats & o-rings
Heaters:
6 Month Intervals: Replace springs, balls, seats & o-rings
Resin Hose:
Yearly:
Replace yearly or earlier if cracks begin to occur on outside of line or if any
excessive stiffening of hose is noted.
Pick-up Wand/Siphon Hose:
Yearly:
Replace hose
