Screw bolt through hole in center section (nearest to main body of center section)
and into lower slave arm.

Place second bolt through collar, then through hole in center section and screw
into lower slave arm.


Note: This collar is used for mounting the charging pump bracket. Depending on
the configuration of the various MVP pump center section, this collar may or may
not be needed to mount pump bracket. Check parts drawing for your particular
system.

4. Attach connecting arm with bushing to lower slave arm. Align holes and tap roll pin

through holes.

5. Attach upper slave arm to connecting arm with bushings. Align holes and tap roll

pin through holes.

6. Place upper slave arm (forked end with bushings) around pump piston rod in

center section of pump.

Align hole in piston rod with two 1” diameter holes in side of center section.
Alignment can be achieved by applying air slowly to the powerhead of the pump,
thus moving the piston rod to the correct position.

8. Carefully tap roll pin through the hole in the bushing of the upper slave arm,

through the hole in the piston rod and through the hole in the second bushing on
the upper slave arm.

9. Quick pins are used to connect the catalyst pump to the slave arm assembly.


Resin Pump Accumulator And Filter Assembly

1.

Screw filter body onto flow control (hole in filter body is marked “in”). Large hole in
body should end up facing down when tightening.

2.

Screw 90 degree ell into filter body hole marked “out” (two holes on body are
marked “out” – either can be used, but one will be plugged.) Thread sealer is
recommended on 90 degree ell to prevent leak.

3. Screw hose nipple into 90 degree ell. Thread sealer is recommended to prevent

leaking.

4. Place spring in bottom of tank (small diameter of spring facing up).
5. Place core into filter screen (various mesh size available).


Important: Pin on core must enter core first.

6. Place core and filter screen into tank.


Important: Pin on core must be toward spring in tank or restriction of resin flow will
occur.

7. Screw tank into bottom (large hole) of filter body. Apply red grease on threads of

tank.
