Caution: Damage could result if drill is forced deeper than 2-3/8 inches.
Remove drill & drill bushing. Clean gun head thoroughly. Use a 1/4-28 tap to clean the
thread then install new injector and reassemble gun head.
Note: For proper injector installation, port on flush seal retainer must be in line with
port.
17. Place plug seal onto plug and screw into side hole of catalyst chamber.
Note: Serrated surface of plug seal toward gun.
18. Place stainless steel ball into front of catalyst chamber
19. Place spring on top of ball in catalyst chamber.
20. Place plug seal onto plug and screw into front hole of catalyst chamber. This will
hold ball and spring into place.
