8.3.4 Access
Codes
The GSM dialer dialler is protected from unauthorised access by two codes:
•
User code
This four-digit code is necessary for programming the device and
cancelling dialling procedures. The default is “1234”.
•
Remote code
This four-digit code is necessary for remote programming of the
device. The default is “5678”.
8.3.4.1 Changing the user code
5. Enter your user code. Scroll through the menu options using the
keys, or alternatively press
to display the “Access Codes” menu
point.
↑↓ ENT to select
Access Codes
Confirm by pressing
. The following message is displayed: “User
Code”.
6. Press
to select. The display shows the following:
New User Code?
****
7. Enter your new four-digit user code and press
to confirm.
8. Press
to exit the menu.
