Controlling Participant Audio Options
As the moderator, you can control which participants can be heard in the conference. You can select the following options
from the moderator button in the conf menu:
• All can talk (All participants can be heard.)
• Large frames (Only participants displayed in the large windows can be heard. Other users in the participant list and
thumbnails are muted.)
• Large frames with thumbnails (Only participants displayed in the large frames and thumbnails can be heard. Other
users in the participant list are muted.)
To Change Participant Audio:
1. Touch conf menu while a conference call is in progress.
2. Touch the moderator button.
3. Touch all can talk.
4. Touch either:
• all can talk
• large frames
• large frames and thumbnails
