A key operator can determine whether a destination can be modified by an
anonymous user. This is done by locking and unlocking a destination.

Lock a destination

Select a destination.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.

Check the ‘Locked’ check box.

Click Ok to accept the destination settings.
The destination properties are now locked.
Note:
This option is only available if you are logged on as a Key operator (see

Unlock a destination

Select a destination.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.

Uncheck the ‘Locked’ check box.

Click Ok to accept the destination settings.
The destination properties are now unlocked.

This option is only available if you are logged on as a Key operator (see

Delete a destination

Select a destination.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Delete’ or click the ‘Delete’ button on the
toolbar (see figure 41).

The selected destination is deleted.
Note:
This option is only available if you are logged on as a Key operator or
as a Repro operator.
Note:
You are not able to delete the last destination.

Define file name

Select a destination.

Open the ‘File’ menu and select ‘Properties’.
The ‘Destination properties’ screen appears as in figure 40 on page 79.

Enter a name in the ‘Base name’ textbox.
