7-4 Troubleshooting
POST Error Messages
Powering on the server automatically starts the self-diagnostic program, POST (Power On
Self-Test). When POST detects any error, it displays an error message and its measure on the
display unit. Follow the table below to troubleshoot such errors.

0200 Failure Fixed Disk x Hard disk is faulty
x CPU/IO module is faulty.
x Replace the hard disk.
x Replace the CPU/IO module.
0210 Stuck Key Keyboard connection error x Disconnect the keyboard and
connect it back again.
x Replace the keyboard.
0211 Keyboard error Keyboard is faulty. x Disconnect the keyboard and
connect it back again.
x Replace the keyboard.
x If restarting does not help,
replace the CPU/IO module.

Keyboard controller is faulty. If restarting the server does not
help, replace the CPU/IO module.
0213 Keyboard locked -
Unlock key switch
