Monitor Information
IP/ARP Table
This tab provides information based on the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP), which maps IP Addresses to
MAC Addresses. The AP adds an entry to this list for each station with which the AP directly communicates. This
includes devices that manage the AP, ping the AP, and/or receive traps from the AP. The AP does not create an entry
for every station it detects on the network.
An entry times out after five minutes of inactivity (that is, after five minutes of no communication between the device
and the AP).
