Values: integer type, call identification as described in GSM 02.30

5 waiting (MT call)
(teleservice):
0 voice

0 call is not one of multiparty (conference) call parties
1 call is one of multiparty (conference) call parties
string type phone number in format specified by
type of address byte in integer format
optional string type alphanumeric representation of
corresponding to the entry found in phonebook. (for UCS2 format see commands examples
