Remove the retaining metal bracket from
the PC main unit.
Slide the retaining metal bracket toward the
rear side of the PC main unit, and then lift and
remove the retaining metal bracket.

Install a internal option in the retaining
metal bracket.
Secure the internal option with the four screws
that were removed in step 2.
- To install a magneto-optic disk drive:
Install the magneto-optic disk drive in
position 1 in the figure.
- To install a hard disk:
Install the hard disk drive in position 2 in the
figure.Use the blue screws accompanying
the internal options to secure the hard disk.

Install the internal option in the PC main
unit.
Slide the internal option toward the front side
and install it.
