The Release-Mode Dial
To choose a release mode, press the release mode dial lock
release and turn the release mode dial to the desired setting

Non-CPU Lenses
Non-CPU (
427) lenses can be used only in modes

and
M
. Selecting
another mode when a non-CPU lens is attached disables the shutter
release.
