Connection status is shown by the o icon:
• o (static) : The camera has established
communication with GP-1/GP-1A. Photo
information for pictures taken while this
icon is displayed includes an additional
page of location data (
0 253).
• o (flashing) : The GP-1/GP-1A is searching
for a signal. Pictures taken while the icon
is flashing do not include location data.
• No icon : No new location data have been received from the GP-1/
GP-1A for at least two seconds. Pictures taken when the o icon is not
displayed do not include location data.
