Adjusting the position of the grip
remote control
ˎ ˎ Loosen the arm mounting screw, adjust the
angle of the arm (1), and then tighten the
screw.
ˎ ˎ Loosen the arm extension screw, adjust the
length of the arm (2), and then tighten the
screw.
ˎ ˎ Press the grip rotation lever (page 9) to
adjust the angle of the grip remote control
(3).

Attaching the grip close to the
camcorder

Remove the arm mounting screw (1).

Loosen the arm extension screw (2), and
extend the arm until a hole becomes
visible (3).

After extending the arm, securely tighten the screw.

Connect the grip remote control cable to
the USB/multi connector on the
camcorder.

Align the protrusion on the arm with the
groove in the grip attachment point, and
secure in position using the screw
removed in step 1. Adjusting the Position of the
Shoulder Pad
You can slide the shoulder pad forward or
backward. Adjust the position of the shoulder
pad so that the camcorder is easy to operate
when placed on your shoulder.

Loosen the three shoulder pad screws.

Slide the shoulder pad forward/backward
to the desired position.

Securely tighten the screws.
