DNS Settings

Item Description
Host Name Specifies the host name.
Range: Up to 63 bytes
Default: EPSON AL-CX37-xxxxxx
Note:
xxxxxx displays six last digits of the MAC address in hexadecimals.
Domain Name Specifies the domain name.
Range: Up to 63 bytes
DNS Server(IPv4) Specifies the IPv4 DNS server address.
Up to three can be registered.
Default: 0.0.0.0
DNS Server(IPv6) Specifies the IPv6 DNS server.
Up to three can be registered.
Default: ::
Search Domain Name Specifies the DNS search domain name.
Up to three can be registered.
Dynamic DNS Select whether or not Dynamic DNS is used.
Choices: Enable, Disable
Default: Disable
Configuration Menu Equivalent:

Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings to previous values.
IP Address Filtering
Note:
❏ The settings described below are not applied to the DNS server and DHCP server.
❏ If the range of permitted IP addresses in Access Permission Address overlaps the range of refused IP
address in Access Refuse Address, the refuse setting of Access Refuse Address is given priority.
