Group Dial Registration (Destination type)
In the Scan - Group Dial Setting - Group Dial Registration window, select the type of group dial
destination to be added.
Item Description
Group Registration From the drop-down list, select the type of group dial destination to be added.
If Fax is selected, a group of Fax destinations will be displayed.
If E-mail is selected, a group of E-mail destinations will displayed.
For details, refer to “Group Dial Registration (Add Destinations)” on page 147.
Choices: Fax, E-mail
Default: Fax
Apply button Displays the page for the type of speed dial destination selected from the list.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings in this page to their user defaults.
Group Dial Registration (Add Destinations)
Item Description
Group Dial Name Specify the name of the group dial.
Range: Up to 20 characters
Speed Dial Index Click to jump to the beginning of the speed dial list within the same page.
Speed Dial 001-020/Speed Dial
021-040/Speed Dial 041-060/
Speed Dial 061-080/Speed Dial
081-100/Speed Dial 101-120/
Speed Dial 121-140/Speed Dial
141-160/Speed Dial 161-180/
Speed Dial 181-200/Speed Dial
201-220 Displays the list of registered speed dial numbers, 20 at a time. Select the check
box on the left side of the list to add the corresponding speed dial destination to a
group dial.
Note:
SMB and FTP destination type cannot be registered in the group dial. The
registered speed dial that contains fax destination and e-mail address cannot be
registered in a same group.
Apply button Applies the configuration settings for this window.
Clear button Resets all configuration settings for this window to their user defaults.
