Troubleshooting Checklist
If the module is not working properly, refer to
possible causes, and recommended actions to resolve the problem.

forgotten, refer to the section, “

set the mode switch to reset the username/

Verify that a management VLAN exists and that it
is associated with the Host Port.

Verify that all network connections between the
network management station and the module are
valid and operating.
