Modifying Events
As can be seen below, the ENPS event displays in yellow as the event is cueing.
15. MOS Status change is updated on the assignment grid of ENPS as displayed in the
following window.
16. However, you cannot delete an ENPS event via Scheduler. The following window
will be displayed if you try to delete an ENPS event.
17. An ENPS event on the Scheduler can only be deleted from the assignment grid of
ENPS.
Modifying Events
If you need to modify a scheduled event for any reason:
1. Select the entry you want to modify and click
Modify Event
.
The Modify Event window opens.
2. If the event is part of a series, you see a message asking if you want to modify this
occurrence or the entire series. Select which you want to modify and click
OK
.
3. Make your changes in the Modify Event window.
4. Click
OK
.
The event updates in Scheduler.
Extending Events
You can also modify the start and end time of an event on the Scheduler window,
without opening the Modify Event window. After an event has been scheduled or
while recording, you can drag and drop the start or end time.
