48 Installing your car stereo

To install your car stereo:
1 Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent an accidental short circuit.
2 Remove the two 9/32-inch hex-head screws that secure the factory head unit, then
disconnect the wiring.
3 Locate bracket set 10.
4 Go to “Completing the installation” on page 76.
