After entering criteria in text area of the Maintenance Log window, click
File
in the menu bar, then select
Save Template
in the pop-up menu, as shown below.
Reviewing Records
The maintenance log maintains all records and keeps the records in the order entered. The toolbar at the
bottom right of the Maintenance Log window contains buttons to allow various entries to the log to be
reviewed. The Phone Log Rpt report allows for review of these Maintenance Log entries. See the figure
and explanations below for details.

Button Function
First Record Displays the first (or oldest) Maintenance Log record entered for the telephone.
Previous
Record Displays the Maintenance Log record entered prior to the current entry for the
telephone.
Next Record Displays the next Maintenance Log record entered for the telephone.
Last Record Displays the last (most recent) Maintenance Log record entered for the telephone.
First Record Last Record
Previous Record
