Placing a Phone Back In Service
When the telephone has been repaired or replaced, the “Out of Service” tag should be removed from the
phone record to permit monitoring and reporting of the telephone in a normal schedule.
To place a telephone back in service, open the Phone Management Form for the affected phone record
and expand the Call-in Configuration properties tree. In the Phone Data area, the Call-In Schedule drop-
down box field will denote “Out of Service” as shown below.
Expand the Call-In Schedule drop-down box and select the desired call-in feature.
After making the selection in the drop-down box, select
Send
, click
Apply
, select
Synchronize Now
and
click
OK
.
