Default Automated Reports
As indicated in the “Inactive Phone Report” section, the Inactive Phone report exists as a default in TMA
and automatically appears in the Selected Automated Reports block with Daily box checked. Also, all
boxes (except “Out of Service”) are checked in the Permanent Automated Report block, as a default.
The following explains the default Automated Report.
In the Automated Reports window shown above, the default settings for a Basic Summary and an
Inactive –Not Uncommissioned report are shown. If the selections in this window are not changed,
TMA will generate both reports at 7:00 AM on a daily basis. Each report will contain the following
information:
Basic Summary – will list all system telephones and each telephone will be shown with either a
“Pass” or “Fail” criteria, or as “Out of Service” to indicate the phone’s status.
Inactive Phones – will only show telephones that are classified “Inactive”.
