Potentially harmful dc levels can be detected using the various test
configurations described below:
Static Tests (Pacemaker Power OFF):
These tests continuously measure dc leakage as follows:
•
Atrial Channel: dc leakage across the atrial channel 500
Ω
test load.
•
Ventricular Channel: dc leakage across the ventricular channel 500
Ω
test load.
•
AV Channel: dc leakage across an auxiliary 500
Ω
test load
connected to the +atrial and +ventricular outputs.
