Sets or cancels double height printing. (EPSON)

Enables or disables the double-height printing of all characters. The first line of a page is not
doubled if the ESC w command is sent on the first line; all following lines are printed at double-
height. Double-height printing overrides super/subscript, condensed, HS Draft printing,
super/subscript, condensed. HS Draft printing resumes when double-height printing is canceled.
