This command clears horizontal & vertical tab stops. If no parameter is present, the horizontal
tab stop at the current position is cleared (default).
p DESCRIPTION
0 (default) Clear horizontal tab at current position
1 Clear vertical tab at current position
3 Clear all horizontal tab stops
4 Clear all vertical tab stops
