6.2.7 EC Command Register
There are seven valid commands for the EC command register (Write IO 66h). Other values are
ignored by the EC if it is being written.
4 Burst Enable 1 - Enables the burst
0 - Disables the burst
3 Flag 1 = Previous access port is command port (EC_CMD/EC_STS)
0 = Previous access port is data port
2 Reserved
1 IBF Input buffer full flag
0 OBF Output buffer full flag
